We need get rid of Phantoms, like they don’t need to spawn. Period.

As long as you sleep in a bed at some point, don't need to sleep the whole night, just wait for the screen to go dim, they won't spawn on you.

If you type /help and hover over your head, it will show you how long since the game considers you last slept (in IRL time) - three in-game days is about one IRL hour.

but you need phantom membranes to repair elytra in 1.13. phantoms are a necessary evil I'm afraid
